If WiseBelly isn't the right fit for you, simply reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you — even if you've already opened and tried it. There's no need to mail the product back in most cases; we'd rather make it easy.

To request a refund Email us at pandishviral2@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note letting us know. We'll handle everything from there.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at pandishviral2@gmail.com and we'll put it right.

How refunds are processed Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the funds on their end. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, email us at pandishviral2@gmail.com.

Items we can't refund Gift cards and discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.
